    Responsibilities:

    • Systems Manager is responsible for PTS oversight and integration with Shopper Events Event Track system. Project manage PTS enhancement work and serve as primary point of contact between IN EX and IT on PTS system.
    • Serve as primary point of contact with Shopper Events on Event Track system. Work with business and Shopper Events to identify, project manage and implement any system enhancements or upgrades.
    • Assist in the development of coverage analysis models in an effort to align with overall marketing strategies; Assists in the development of data overlays and ensure data integrity as needed.
    • Lead and execute any continuity or ad-hoc reporting requests from the business leaders or clients/customers. Manage data storage space and naming conventions to ensure easy access and retrieval. Partner with IT on data storage requirements and upgrades as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Information Systems preferred
    • 5 years of experience in a data/technology environment
    • Proven mastery of MS Excel. Knowledge of CRM, Salesforce, or proprietary software is useful
    • Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills with the ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another
    • Empathy/understanding of the impact of data integration on field associates and overall business strategy
    • Ability to manage and develop a team of 10 or more employees, including direct and indirect reports

    Position Summary

     

    The Systems Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating system interfaces with Company customers and clients to include client/customer dashboards, reporting and overlays.  The manager will be responsible to working with business leaders and clients/customers to identify and develop continuity and ad hoc reporting and data requirements as outlined in contracts or requested by clients, customers and/or Shopper Events. Manager will also lead systems and technology research and pilot programs as needed by the business.

     

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

     

    PTS Oversight and Enhancements

    • Systems Manger is responsible to PTS oversight and integration with Shopper Events Event Track system.  Oversee all PTS enhancements and lead efforts to ensure end-users are fully trained on all PTS functionality. Project manage PTS enhancement work and serve as primary point of contact between IN EX and IT on PTS system.

    Event Track Management

    • Serve as primary point of contact with Shopper Events on Event Track system.  Work with business and Shopper Events to identify, project manage and implement any system enhancements or upgrades.

    Overlays

    • Assist in the development of coverage analysis models in an effort to align with overall marketing strategies; Assists in the development of data overlays and ensure data integrity as needed.

    Data Reporting Tools Oversight

    • Lead and execute any continuity or ad hoc reporting requests from the business leaders or clients/customers.  Manage data storage space and naming conventions to ensure easy access and retrieval.  Partner with IT on data storage requirements and upgrades as needed.

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources

     

    Indirect Reports

     

    May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

     

    Travel and/or Driving Requirements

    • Travel is an essential duty and function of this job. Driving is not an essential duty or function of this job. 
    • Travel up to 5-10%

    Minimum Qualifications

     

    Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

                                               

    Field of Study/Area of Experience: Computer Information Systems preferred

    • 5 years of experience in a data/technology environment

    Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

    • Proven mastery of SQL and HTML
    • Demonstrated analytical skills and techniques
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
    • Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills
    • Empathy/understanding of the impact of data integration on field associates and overall business strategy
    • Must be able to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
    • Team player with good people skills
    • Ability to manage and develop a team of 10 or more employees, including direct and indirect reports
    • A strong technical understanding and willingness to be hands-on in a Microsoft development environment

    Office / Sedentary Requirements

     

    Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.  Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
