    • Coordinate and execute inbound marketing campaigns on the Hubspot Platform through owned, earned and paid channels to create awareness and consideration for the Company and generate new business leads.
    • Build Hubspot prospect contact lists for campaign targets using WinMo, AccessConfidential and LinkedIn.
    • Maintain HubSpot marketing automation, smart lists and drip campaigns for Consumer & Shopper Marketing.
    • Collaborate with the leadership of each Agency to best position capabilities, industry expertise and case studies to promote the Company’s capabilities and expertise nationally and position us as an industry leader.
    • Manage library of existing thought leadership content for white papers and articles, posts from Customer Connect, Business Arts, etc. for distribution across all Hubspot channels of distribution to align with campaigns.
    • Manage the development of new content and build HUBSPOT content topic hubs for efficiencies and industry dominance on specific topics.
    • Drive social and blog content strategy and publishing calendars supporting Hubspot campaign verticals. 



    • Develop messaging and support content for vertical and industry publications to align with Hubspot campaigns; provide support for leadership who will be the primary representative with the media. 
    • Manage email marketing, including outreach programs based on specific audiences and initiatives within the agency, leveraging content from Company’s bi-monthly internal e-newsletter and seasonal email campaigns.
    • Oversee search engine optimization and paid media for leads into Hubspot work stream and CMS.
    • Solicit new case study material from teams and customize existing cases to support Hubspot campaigns.
    • Work with the agency website teams to develop new content to support Hubspot campaign initiatives, improve SEO, and build brand awareness and reputation in relevant areas of expertise, within specific verticals or the industry to sync with Hubspot targets.

    Key Skills Required:

    • Experience with CMS and CRM programs such as Hubspot, Microsoft CRM, and Salesforce.
    • Execution of 2-3 Hubspot Inbound Marketing campaigns.
    • Hubspot Inbound Marketing Certification.


    • Have coordinated the launch of 3-4 Hubspot campaigns for lead generation and new business pipeline.
    • Fed leads into leadership for additional vetting and opportunity assessment, meetings, proposals and presentations.
    • Written and updated status reports on a weekly basis for new business and content teams
    • Activated jobs in a project management system to track team resources and campaign development.
    • Managed Hubspot timelines for campaigns, track tech and content deadlines.
    • Have run bi-monthly reports through Hubspot for tracking campaign performance, keyword searches, incoming inquiries.

    Position Summary

    The Senior Account Executive functions as a leader of Agency consumer promotion and shopper marketing program deliverables within multiple categories or retail channels.  Primary role is to serve as a face of the Agency to assigned client contact(s) during the conception, creative communications design development, retail sell-in, execution and analysis of account/brand-specific programs. A successful Senior Account Executive will organize and synchronize a cross-functional team to deliver strategic business planning frameworks, communication platforms, program concept development, effective sales presentations, retail sell-in support, and analysis of results.  Must practice effective written and oral communication skills with clients, customers, agency partners and third party vendors.


    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

    Personal Accountability

    • Develop and own assigned relationships that build a trust-based partnership with client teams, agency partners and third party vendors
    • Demonstrate working knowledge of consumer/shopper marketing landscapes and the client’s own industry to develop new business opportunities and potential revenue streams within existing client
    • Design and lead proposal and program development presentations with support and guidance from Director
    • Supervise and/or directly manage program execution, budgets, tracking, and post promotional reporting in accordance with company systems and processes
    • Contribute to recruiting, hiring, training, and development of direct reports with support of Director.
    • Other related duties as assigned


    Cross-Functional Accountability

    • Partner with Planning team members to develop category, channel, customer and competitive brand marketplace insights, identify most value consumer targets, communication strategy, innovation opportunities, promotion program objectives, strategies and tactical recommendations for programs, leveraging key consumer/ shopper insights that drive purchase behavior change
    • When relevant, demonstrate thought leadership, channel expertise and strategic integration with client agency partners
    • Communicate and interact effectively with internal teams for all departments and/or clients to deliver timely client decisions and approvals
    • Identify cross-company Marketing Svs revenue-driving opportunities
    • Successfully manage and develop Agency cross-functional team members
    • Other related duties as assigned

    Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources


    Indirect Reports

    May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

    Minimum Qualifications

    The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job


    Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience


    Field of Study/Area of Experience:  Marketing, Brand Management, or equivalent experience

    - 2-4 years of experience in the role of leader/manager in agency, brand management and/or media production preferred

    - 5+ years of experience in consumer product, brand management, media or agency experience preferred


    Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

    • Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines
    • Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to make oral presentations
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers
    • Strong prioritization skills
    • Ability to direct, lead, coach, and develop people

    Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.  Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
